1 Definitions and General Terms

The meanings of key terms used in these Terms are described below:

• "Platform" refers to the 565bd website, mobile version, and all its services.
• "Member" or "User" refers to any person registered on the platform.
• "Account" refers to a member's own registered profile.
• "Services" refers to cricket betting, slots, live casino, fishing games, bingo, and other gaming features.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional reward or additional credit provided by 565bd.

These Terms will be governed by the laws applicable in Bangladesh. By accessing the platform you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms. 565bd reserves the right to change or update these Terms at any time.

2 Account Registration

2.1 Registration Requirements

To use 565bd's services you must create a valid account. At the time of registration you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Providing false or incomplete information may result in the account being closed.

2.2 Single Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per person. If the same person creates multiple accounts, it will be considered a prohibited activity and all accounts may be closed. All earnings and deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.3 Password and Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. Giving a third party access to your account is strictly prohibited. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact our support team immediately.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

565bd reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. We may request a copy of your national identity card or passport before processing a withdrawal request. Withdrawals may be put on hold until identity verification is complete.

3 Age Limit and Eligibility

565bd's services are only for individuals aged 21 or above. Minors are strictly prohibited from using this platform.

By registering you confirm that:

• You are 21 years of age or older.
• You are legally free to use this platform.
• You are playing with your own money, not on behalf of anyone else.
• You do not suffer from a gaming addiction problem.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following methods are accepted for depositing funds at 565bd: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100. You must use your registered mobile number when making a deposit. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals can only be made through the same method used for the deposit and to the same registered account. All valid withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on 565bd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). No transactions in foreign currencies are accepted.

4.4 Transaction Verification

In the case of suspicious transactions, 565bd may request additional information for verification. Any transaction linked to money laundering or illegal activities will be immediately cancelled and reported to the relevant authorities.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. A minimum deposit of ৳100 is required to receive this bonus. The bonus amount must meet a 15x wagering requirement before withdrawal.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering is calculated based on the total amount of the deposit and bonus combined. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus, you must wager a total of ৳2,500 × 15 = ৳37,500. The bonus cannot be withdrawn without completing the wagering requirement.

5.3 Promotion Restrictions

A member may claim each promotion only once. There may be a specific validity period for using a bonus. 565bd reserves the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion.

5.4 VIP Program

Regularly active members may be included in our VIP program. VIP is divided into three tiers:

• Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback benefit.
• Silver — up to 0.7% weekly cashback benefit.
• Gold — up to 1.0% weekly cashback benefit.

VIP tier progression depends on your regular gaming activity and engagement on the platform. Additional benefits and priority support are available for each tier.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Rules

All gaming activities will be conducted in accordance with the rules set by 565bd. The specific rules for each game will be stated on the relevant game page. You are advised to read those rules carefully before playing.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted due to network disruption, server issues, or other technical reasons, 565bd will try to find the best resolution. However, 565bd bears limited liability in such cases — the company's decision is final regarding the cancellation of any winnings regardless of the cause of the issue.

6.3 Cricket Betting Rules

When betting on BPL, IPL, T20, ICC events, or any other cricket match, bets must be placed before the designated cut-off time. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, bets are generally refunded, however a decision will be made according to the circumstances of each individual event.

6.4 Live Gaming

Live casino games from Ezugi, Evolution Gaming, or other providers are conducted in real time. Once a bet is confirmed in a live dealer game, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited and doing any one of them may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering with a false identity or fake information.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Exploiting loopholes in the bonus system to gain an unfair advantage (bonus abuse).
• Attempting to hack the platform's software or gain access through unauthorized means.
• Sharing account details with other members or manipulating the system through coordinated group betting.
• Using bots or automated software to play games.
• Harassing other members or using offensive language on the platform.
• Making deposits or withdrawals using a third-party payment account.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 Rights of 565bd

565bd reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account, for any reason and without prior notice. This action may be taken in particular in cases of breach of these Terms, suspicious activity, or security threats.

8.2 Account Closure at Member's Request

If you wish to voluntarily close your account, please contact our support team. You will be given the opportunity to fully withdraw your balance before the account is closed — however, bonus funds cannot be withdrawn without meeting the wagering requirements.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

If there are no transactions for 12 consecutive months, the account may be marked as inactive. In that case we will notify the member through their registered contact details.

9 Limitation of Liability

565bd accepts no responsibility in the following cases:

• Loss of a game or cancellation of a bet due to internet disconnection.
• Delays or losses caused by issues with third-party services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) or providers.
• Unauthorized account access resulting from hacking or cyber attacks — where the member themselves has handled login details carelessly.
• Game results not matching a member's expectations.
• Temporary service outages due to technical faults.

565bd is not liable under any circumstances for indirect, special, or consequential losses. Our maximum liability will be limited to direct losses in any specific incident.

10 Privacy and Security

565bd gives the highest importance to protecting members' personal information. Our platform uses SSL encryption technology to keep all data secure.

We do not share members' personal information with third parties, except in the following exceptional circumstances:

• At the request of authorities due to legal obligations.
• With trusted partner services for payment processing.
